CARE

Unless stained, wash your scarf no more than once to twice a year.
Hand-wash with care, diligently following the instructions below and using mild soap and water. Do not take more than two minutes to complete the entire process outlined below. Use a stopwatch to make sure you don't.

1. Fill your sink with cold water and mild soap (or a delicate laundry detergent)

2. Submerge your scarf in the soapy water and gently swirl the clothing or knead it.
Do not rub! It is very important you do not let the scarf soak so make sure to act fast.

3. Drain the water and fill your tub or sink with cold water to rinse the scarf (again, swirl or knead but do not rub). Repeat this step (only once) if necessary.

4. Gently and quickly squeeze out the cold water.

5. Lay flat on a clean towel. Roll the towel to squeeze out any remaining water.

6. Lay flat to dry.
Make sure you lay your scarf horizontally on a flat surface, with no material hanging off the sides of the surface.

Do not take more than two minutes to go through steps 1 to 6.

Your scarf must not be left to soak in the water or dry in a ball. It must be laid out flat to dry.

To minimise the use of harmful chemicals, we advise you to avoid dry cleaning your silk scarf. However, if you are unable to carry out the steps described above, ask your local professional cleaner to do it for you.
